F64 Films is a film producer based in Goiânia, Goiás. Herdeira and one of the fruits of Cineclube Antônio das Mortes, created in 1977, present in exhibitions, debates and independent productions, an F64 Cinematography was born in 2013 by initiative of Belém de Oliveira, Wadih Elkadi and Victor Arantes for audiovisual projects of political and aesthetic strength aimed at the national and international market.

In search of artistic and technical excellence, the producer develops and realizes all its projects with the help of diverse – regional, national or international. In this way, a national and international coproduction is its strategy of action.

Among the projects carried out by F64 Films, we highlight works for cinema, television, feature films, short films, shows, debates and film festivals.

Belém de Oliveira

Belém de Oliveira is graduate in Economy at Unicamp and he has a Master degree in Development Economics at Sorbonne Nouvelle (Paris 3). He also has a Master degree in Cinema at the University Paris-Diderot (Paris7). Living in France we worked for several productions as cinematographer, director and producer, like as Liberté Chérie.

In 2013 he founded in Brasil his own company, F64 Filmes that is focused in international coproduction for cinema and TV, and he produced in 2016, the documentary Taego Ãwa which premiered in the Cinema du Réel in Paris and this year he is going to release the feature El Último País, a co-production with Brazil, Cuba and Angola, that will premier at the Festival de Malaga in april 2018.

Nowadays he is producing his first feature documentary Cu de boi (The big match). Belém de Oliveira is cinematographer, producer, musician and founding partner at F64 filmes.

Wadih Elkadi

Wadih Elkadi has been Executive Producer of F64 Films since its foundation in 2013. He is Producer of BIS – Biennial of International Cinema of Sound. He began his work in the audiovisual area by organizing more than 40 Japanese animation shows between 2002 and 2010. During this period he also worked as a Cultural Producer for some companies and universities such as PUC / GO, UEG and Saraiva Bookshop. His last productions between long and short films, and series for TV, were: Taego Awa, The Big Match, In The Dark, Roots, By The Eaves, among others. It will launch in 2018 its first feature film as director, the documentary No país do football.
